Here you will find the statement that is necessary to complete the formalities for graduation. Print it out in two copies and fill it and then deposit both copies at your Dean’s Office.
Why do we ask you to fill in a document that will enable us to contact you in the future?
We have been researching the graduates’ professional careers since 2013. In an anonymous survey, which is available below, we ask about the quality of education at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and we are interested in how your professional situation developed after graduation. You can share with us your opinions and comments on what would be worth improving.
